The DH-09S Homogenizer with Sterile Beating, also known as a tapping homogenizer, is widely used for homogenization of animal tissues, biological samples, and more. It is applicable in the fields of food, medicine, cosmetics, clinical research, molecular biology, toxin and bacterial detection, and is particularly suitable for the preparation of microbial detection samples. The device uses a stainless steel system, which effectively separates solid sample surfaces and uniformly mixed microbial samples contained within. Samples are placed in disposable sterile homogenization bags, avoiding contact with the instrument, and ensuring gentle homogenization, no sample contamination, no damage, no temperature rise, and no need for sterilization treatment or washing of vessels. This product meets the requirements of fast, accurate results and good repeatability. It is also suitable for homogenization of tumor tissues (such as liver cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer) and can obtain a large number of single cells (2 x 100,000 in 2 minutes). When necessary, soft tissue fragmentation (such as liver tissue) can be achieved by extending the homogenization time. |
